Sathishkumar M – Founder & CEO
With over three decades of leadership in clinical engineering and healthcare operations, Sathishkumar brings unparalleled expertise in medical technology lifecycle management and hospital infrastructure development.
He has spearheaded pioneering projects such as the installation of Asia’s first True Beam STX Linear Accelerator and managed operations for multi-specialty hospitals with more than 550 beds. His career spans senior leadership roles at Narayana Hrudayalaya, TriMedx India, Global Hospitals, and Kovai Medical Centre, where he built robust biomedical engineering and facility management systems aligned with international benchmarks.
Sathishkumar is widely recognized as a thought leader in medical equipment reliability, compliance, and optimization, ensuring healthcare providers achieve maximum clinical and financial returns from their technology investments.
Harikeshav P – Co-Founder
A global healthcare technology strategist with nearly two decades of experience across India, Africa, the US, Europe, and Oceania, Harikeshav has been instrumental in shaping digital transformation and policy frameworks in clinical engineering.
His expertise spans Healthcare Technology Assessment (HTA), digital health adoption, supplier diversity programs, and compliance innovation. He has driven strategic investments, designed healthcare sustainability programs, and introduced advanced assessment tools that integrate planning with execution.
As a policy advisor and industry advocate, Harikeshav continues to influence how governments, investors, and healthcare organizations leverage technology to transform patient outcomes worldwide.

Jim Bowles
With over 43 years of experience in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), Jim Bowles is a respected leader internationally in biomedical services, clinical engineering, and operational excellence. With a career spanning more than four decades, Jim has led at every level – from hospital technician to national strategic roles. Bowles last worked as the director of operations excellence, TRIMEDX, USA and also served as Divisional Continuous Improvement Director for TRIMEDX. He was also involved with TRIMEDX’s India and the Cayman Islands operations. In that role, he cultivated best practices, boosted operational performance, and mentored teams across multiple geographies.
Jim’s leadership extends beyond operations. He served two terms as President of the Florida Biomedical Society and was Symposium Education Director for 20 years. He continues to shape the field today as Strategic Advisor at Consortia Surgical Services. He holds a degree from Pensacola State College and contributed to its Advanced Technology Advisory Board for over two decades.
